Kinsley's Cookie Cart Raises Money for Children Battling Cancer

Kinsley Peacock may only be five years old, however, she has already conquered more than I can even imagine. Kinsley is from Venice, FL and was diagnosed with a rare eye cancer called retinal blastoma. During her battle with cancer, she discovered a love of baking cookies. Her favorite? Sugar cookies! She made so many cookies they were able to give a bunch to family and friends. People then turned around and donated money back to them. Kinsley asked her dad to make her a cookie cart, and thus "Kinsley's Cookie Cart" was born! Kinsley raises money any gives anything from iPads and blankets to special glasses for fellow retinal blastoma warriors. Within 30 days of becoming an official 501c3 (non-profit), Kinsley's Cookie Cart raised $30,000!!! She does all of this and of course, still delivers her specialty, sugar cookies. You have to follow her blog and social media accounts for good news posts daily. She is beyond SWEET.....and you can become a "cookie crusader" at her website here.

Kinsley..... we are blown away by your kindness and giving heart.....keep making us proud on the suncoast! That's your GOOD NEWS, BABY!

Thank you ABC Action News for the video clip below! WOW.
