Not sure how to talk to your kids about racism and everything going on in the world? “Sesame Street” is here to help. They’re teaming up with CNN for their second town hall to deal with the subject. The hour-long special, “Coming Together: Standing Up to Racism” will air this Saturday (June 6th) at 10am ET.
Beloved characters from the children’s show will be there to talk to kids about the protests happening across the country, embracing diversity and being more understanding. Big Bird who will moderate the event with CNN’s Van Jones and Erica Hill and other “Sesame Street” favorites like Elmo, Abby Cadabby and Rosita will be helping experts answer questions submitted by families.
